Haven't had experience with either kb; I heard mechanical keys are better for typing. Still, if you are looking for a nice keyboard, you could try the Kensington Slimtype. It's nice, and doesn't cost a lot.

Hello everyone, just looking for a little help. I have a small Canon Vixia HF20. Great HD camera, the only trouble I have is getting a steady shot. I could put the thing on a tripod but I shoot sports better without it on a tripod. Any tips on how to get a clean steady shot with such a light device?
Second, anyone know which setting on the camera is best for shooting sports?

It was reported this morning that it's going to take 2 months for the 12 day west coast dock backlog to get caught up so everything we've been expecting soon may not show up much before MacWorld San Francisco 2003. It just depends where those drives are in the cue.
Even if they haven't been shipped from Japan yet, it's going to take longer for them to arrive because of this huge cue that has built up over these past 12 days. That includes things like the Pioneer DVR-A05 Quad Speed SuperDrive, the Yamaha External FireWire version of the CRW-F1, and the new PowerBooks that Apple has had to delay announcing because they're sitting on a ship that hasn't been able to be unloaded. So I think we're going to have to be extra patient about getting what we know is next.
Let's all remember that this was NOT a STRIKE by the workers but a LOCKOUT by management. Management did not negotiate in good faith and was willing to wait for the President to step in while Bananas and other perishable food rotted on those unserviced ships.

Is it windows? Open My Computer and click on the iPhone, youll find the pics in a folder. This is with the phone connected.
I'm on the mac and I was trying DiscAid and iPhone Explorer, PhoneView and all of them are showing that iPhone is passcode locked. I know the passcode but while screen was broken she put this so many times that now it doesn't even let you put passcode it just asks for iTunes.

Ditched my 17" HP and my Dell Desktop when I got my 15" MBP. I tried juggling different laptops and what not but it got to be kind of a pain. I do everything on my MBP now and along with the 1TB backup drive and countless cloud storage accounts, I'm pretty good with my setup now. That and I have about 10 USB keys so the important data I need will always come with me.

It is a bad situation. When he didnt want to do paypal or ebay etc you should have immediately moved on. On another forum we call that deal too good to be true...because it aint.
Also from where i am sitting that price isnt good either but i guess it isnt converted to us currency? Prices are way down now that the white phone is here.

There's no practical reason behind letting the battery completely die and then charging it to 100% like what you described. Lithium ion battery technology has progressed a lot since the times when that was helpful. Also, confirming what previous posters have said, iPhone 4 will shut off the power that flows into the battery when it's fully charged. The iPhone will then run off the charger's power until you unplug it. And turning it on and off completely won't harm the phone, although there's not much advantage to doing so unless you are low on battery and you need it later on.

So you're trying to get a regular digital camera to work for webchat?
Just get a Macally IceCam. They're cheap (in the US :rolleyes: ) and they work well. You'd still need iChatUSB, but I know that iChatUSB works for sure with the IceCam, as that's what it says on the IceCam box. ;)
I don't use AIM or iChat though, and I use aMSN and my IceCam works out of the box. :)

What I find interesting is that all the analysts are now coming out to say they are surprised about how well the Wii is doing given that they all predicted it do OK, when in my mind it was blatantly obvious for 6 months leading up to the launch that the Wii was going to be the next big thing. Goes to show that they just work off data and economic trends rather than actually looking at the products appeal.
I just knew that given the success of the DS that people were going to lap this thing up given the price and the unique controller, and it seems I have been right because the thing is sold out everywhere, and not because every kid wants one, but because every kids Mom wants one!

What's everyone's favorite CMS and what kind of CMS do you have? Recently I've been taking web development more seriously and have been working primarily with Drupal. I really enjoy Wordpress though and find it much easier to teach a client how to use WP3 compared to D7. I've never tried Joomla, and have been seeing what all the fuss is about RoR a couple years late :p.
My next personal project is a niche community site, trying to decide what would be the best fit. I know another drupal developer who has much more experience, but we don't know if it'd be the ideal platform for what we want to create.

Unfortunately it isn't since they aren't using the same chipset.
You could, however, upgrade the 8-core base model to a 12-core or upgrade the quad core base model to a single 6-core.

It will find the wireless signal when it becomes available, you do not need to go through the unlock process.
