Nothing, you can't do anything about it, so why bother?
You could stop buying Apple products if you feel so strongly about it, but I don't see that happening.

yep we could only draw in one room for the patients.
They have cancelled all non-emergency surgries for the day. Which is a good thing because who knows if it goes out again. Alot of the surgeons are in a tizzy. Especially one of them that only does surgeries on wednesdays.

I'm going on holiday next month and both my handhelds batteries die after a couple of hours of gaming. I've bought replacement iPod batteries before and they're always terrible knock-offs, and from what I've seen it's a similar situation with the DS and PSP. Amazon is full of them with fake reviews giving them perfect scores, so they're a no-go!
So who do you trust? I'd rather not buy a new DS or PSP since their respective successors could be out this year.

I've just run your CV through my parser and it's extracted the raw text fine. It has broken up the text into individual words rather than flowed properly into whole sentences, this is common though with PDFs. Any device which interprets PDFs will always encounter this problem, some deal with it by intelligently reflowing the text after conversion.
It may be this which is causing some online parsers to reject it?
Can't see anything specifically wrong with the file, all the fonts are embedded properly.

2) Opinions should be able to be stated in an argument and not need to be backed up by sources.
Did you see this?:
There is still nothing wrong with posting an opinion.
However, members who post an opinion as fact, or repeatedly post the same thing, without adding anything new to further discussion, are going to have to adjust to the new rules.
Just my opinion
What are your sources? :D

I've never actually bought a picture frame before, but I've got a photo I'd like to put up in a frame.
It's A4 size, and the image is predominantly black/red, so I think a dark frame would like quite good.
Anyway, post some pictures you've got framed, and where you got the frames from so I can get some ideas.

It came in @ like 1100 with sales starting around 1115. Only had 16g black and white wifi only and 64g at&t. No ipad for me today...
I came in today on Sunday to the Kenwood store, and they said they didn't have any and didn't know when they would get any.

I have heard this used before, and understand the context, but I don't know the origin of it.
I'm lazy, so, if you would indulge me? ;)
It dates from WW2 origins are murky:

I was driving my girlfriends car (she was with me) and we were driving through an intersection at about 40mph (speed limit) and then all of a sudden wham goes a car into the side of ours.
This teenager driving some a big dodge pickup went through the stoplight at 30mph. The airbags went off in both of our cars. The car I was driving almost hit a car in the parallel lane.
The teenager broke his arm I think. Me and my girlfriend are thankfully fine. I somehow have a cut of my forehead from my girlfriends cellphone flying out of her hand in the accident. We both of course have some bruises.

The iBook's screen display 1024x768 and is set to be able to mirror it's own display onto another (show exactly the same image as the actual iBooks' display). However, there is a screen spanning hack (http://www.rutemoeller.com/mp/ibook/ibook_e.html) which does three things.
It lets you run an external display at higher resolutions (easily making it up to a 17 inch monitor's 1280x1024 or whatever it is).
It lets you span the display. This means you can have different things on different displays, they're not merely mirrored.
And finally it voids your warrantee.

Explain to them that you will be changing to the AA and that you will encourage them (AA) to use you in their upcoming ad campaign to highlight the crappy service given by the RAC.
Also point out that Watchdog would love the story.
Companies like this is one of the reasons I don't shop with the Dixons group.

After you submitted your entry, we added mention in the rules that you can suggest a title for your contest entry, to be used in the contest gallery.
We can use "Good enough for Lincoln" for yours, unless you have another preference.

Voice control will never work on the iPod touch 2g because while the framework is in the firmware the actual app is not and the app on the 3rd gen and up is compiled for armv7 which means it will not work on the 2g.
aww :( . Oh well, thanks anyway.

This may have been found previously, but some apps that were not downloaded from the Mac App Store are showing this new "x" that unninstalls it. Google Chrome (dev version) And the beta version of Dropbox (1.2) both have the X in Launchpad.

The low end 21" gets a $50 discount, the rest get a $100.
MBP's get a $100 discount for the 13" and base 15" model. The higher end 15" and 17" models get a $200 discount.
I picked up a 27" yesterday, and received the $100 education discount.
Hmm, that is even more confusing because I got the $134 education discount on the Apple's site.

There isn't a lot of info on MIKE right now, but I would guess you could use it as a USB mic on your mac. (on the website it lists it as a usb mic for ipad, iphone, and mac). The biggest differences are that MIKE has no output. It is only an input device. As well as there is no line input, which the One has in addition to the mic input.

It does. Just use commas to separate them, and you can call upon either with a smart playlist.
Ok, make that "How I wish iTunes would support a proper solution instead of shady work-arounds." ;)

I think you'd be surprised how much knowledge the human brain can store. The problem is specific data access. Recalling "memories" is something that has been a basic task of computers for decades.
I know that the brain can store an enormous amount of information, but wasn't Watson programmed with the equivalent of over 1 million books? I've read a lot my entire life, but nowhere close to that. Getting back to Jeopardy, I think there were several questions when Ken knew the answer immediately but Watson beat him on the buzz in. You could see how frustrated he was getting as the computer hit the button precisely time after time. The humans had no chance on the reflex end of it. In that way it really wasn't fair as the machine could do it over and over again.
I really enjoyed watching and I did some reading about the Watson project on my own too. What impresses me the most is the humans that created this lighting fast machine. I hope it gets put to good use helping people.

Anyone have an update about the line or availability at Clarendon store? Wondering if it's worth going down there.
